Being conscious and aware of the body and its base of strength is one of the most crucial elements in shaping and redefining muscle tone and this is the basis for our work together in making your body stronger, leaner and more powerful to support the beautiful frame that we all carry.
Conscious Movement & Awareness Sessions are similar to a private personal training session and involve the use of training components such as free weights, stability balls and Pilates principles. These sessions build strength and tone the physique by using the body’s own weight and mechanics to produce a long, lean and lifted shape.
These sessions also utilize factions of different Yoga qualities such as Sun Salutations and Restorative Yoga poses to give the physical body ample rest and adequate stretch time within the session. Sessions begin and end with a grounding process to bring the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of the Self into alignment with the physical body.
Dress comfortably for your session in workout apparel and plan to be bare-footed as well. Water is provided to you as well as all of the props and equipment that you’ll need for your physical training session.
