Pause;Breathe; Resume...
I recently opened a fortune cookie with the best line: "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." Who would have thought the local sushi spot up the road would offer such an opportunity for me to consider?
Less than a day later, a friend asked me what I like about myself. I struggled to come up with one single thing! So, I wonder:
How likely are we to talk positively about ourselves... TO ourselves?
What makes us all stand out in our own unique way with the gifts we possess?
And, how likely are we to REALLY believe that we deserve to be happy, healthy, and whole?
Living my best life means I will walk my walk. I exercise self-care. I work my process and my steps for the moment I've been dealt. And I remember that simply making a living isn't all there is to this life and that every choice is an opportunity for growth!
"You're gonna be happy," said life; "But first, I'll make you strong."
So, my friends, let's pause... take a breath... and resume....

Center Stage
I’ve had the pleasure of working with folks from all walks of life, including country music sensations Reba McEntire, JoDee Messina and Jamie O’Neal.
I am a Certified Reiki and Body Alignment/Life Alignment Practitioner, a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor, and have an E-RYT 200 (Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher, 200 hours). I am also an ACE Certified Trainer and an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. Through the use of these modalities, I have helped hundreds of people to overcome health concerns and live happy, vibrant lives.
While attending Belmont University to study Exercise Science, I explored figure/body-building and taught Spin, Step and Weight Training classes at a local YMCA. Those things quickly morphed into a love for Personal Training. Since then, I have had the pleasure of training folks from all walks of life, including country music sensations Reba McEntire, JoDee Messina and Jamie O’Neal.
